Want Your Hair To Have The Strength And Flexibility Of Bamboo?
If you have noticed, bamboo is strong yet flexible. Its secret is the silica that occurs in bamboo naturally and is also a critical component in your hair. So we here at Hairprint just had to come up with a Bamboo Shampoo formula. The key ingredient is our Bamboo Ferment which is a fermented form of macerated bamboo. The leaves and stalks are first shredded and pulped. Then we add Lactobacillus to the pulp to create a bio-available silicate for the hair and bio-chelated antioxidants for the follicles and cells. It also supplies slip, shine and anti-aging qualities to the hair the perfect solution to the chemical silicone. (You can read more about silicone here)
To this we add rejuvenating White Mulberry Leaf extract which has been used for centuries in traditional Chinese medicine to rejuvenate the follicle and strengthen hair. But we are not done yet! We added Willow bark which contains natural salicylates that reduces inflammation in the skin cells and promotes a clean, clear scalp.
Our Bamboo Conditioner moisturises, protects, and nourishes every part of the hair it touches. The coconut milk and oil are highly moisturising, naturally soothing, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory in nature.
Meadowfoam Seed oil is an extraordinary oil that we use in great quantity in our conditioners. You will notice its superior properties once you use our conditioners. It is cold-pressed from the seeds of Limnanthes alba, a small plant with delicate flowers native to Oregon and northern California. It produces oil that has the ideal make up for the human scalp and hair. It will moisturise and rejuvenate your hair, making it smoother, radiant, lustrous and soft.
To top it off we add Evening Primrose oil. The human body does not make fatty acids, but we need them to be healthy. Evening Primrose oil is rich in fatty acids, especially Gamma Linolenic Acid (GLA), a powerful stimulant that can aid in preventing hair loss when applied topically to the scalp.
To grow a beautiful plant, you need to feed the soil. To grow beautiful hair, you need to feed the cells that create hair. For that you need plants, not chemicals. We believe the source of our health comes from the earth, not from chemicals. We think your hair and scalp will agree. All our products are MADE SAFE certified and super clean for you, humanity and our planet!
Bamboo Fun Fact: Although most think bamboo is a type of wood, it is actually a grass that grows at surprisingly fast speeds, which vary per species between 10 cm per day and 5 cm per hour.
