A Note Regarding Hairprint Restorer
Hairprint is about creating healthy hair and natural beauty. For the Hairprint Restorer to work, it needs to have access to your hair. If it does not color, it means it could not get into your hair. There are many chemicals, coatings and compounds in cosmetic products that clog, cover, and choke off access to the hair. They are found in shampoos, conditioners, leave-ins, hairsprays, keratin treatments, mousses, waxes, volumizers, texturizers, serums, semi-permanent dyes, henna/compound henna, glosses, glazes, pomades, creams, and oil infusions, even if they are labeled as "natural" or “organic."
Our Chelating Shampoo can remove most of these chemicals/coatings, but not all. If Hairprint is not working for you, please get in touch with one of our staff so we can support you in identifying the problem. Once identified, we can figure out the best approach tailored to your needs to keep your hair looking happy, healthy, and beautiful.
We also strongly recommend following our transition method if you have had any chemical treatments applied to your hair, as you may experience unpredictable/undesirable results applying Hairprint over chemically treated hair.
You may return any item back to us in new/unopened condition within 14 days from the purchase date for any reason. We do not accept returns on opened/used products or products with cosmetic damage. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
If you wish to return a product, you must contact us to get an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number before shipping the product(s) back to us. The RMA number and your original order number must be on the shipping label/package. The return must arrive back to us within 14 days after the return is authorized. Unauthorized returns sent back to us may be refused or discarded.
We do not cover, provide, or reimburse return shipping costs, and the original shipping cost is non-refundable. For international returns, we also do not refund any paid customs/import/duty fees or taxes, or any additional delivery fees that might have occurred.
If you believe you received the wrong kit or a defective kit, please contact us immediately. Do not use the kit!
If a product arrives damaged, please document and provide photo/video evidence of the damage along with your order number to email@example.com. We will resolve the situation as quickly as possible for you. If you use or discard an incorrect/defective product or alert us outside of the 14 day return policy, you will not be eligible for a replacement or a refund.
If you purchased Hairprint from another retailer, you must contact them directly regarding returns, exchanges, and/or refunds.
If an order cannot be delivered due to incomplete, insufficient, incorrect address information or nobody is able to receive the order you are not eligible for a refund. Orders that are refused are considered forfeit and not eligible for a refund.
We do not offer refunds on Hairprint Restorer if the product was intentionally/negligently misused, if you used the wrong product for your hair, if you used the product on eyebrows or body hair, used products that interfere with the results of Hairprint, or if the product returned to us shows signs of damage, use, and/or contains missing items. Once we receive the return, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
We do not offer any reimbursement for salon expenses or for items/articles that became stained/damaged during/after the application process.
